Attached is my report recapping June's and the second quarter's detached single-family housing data for San Diego County. The full report contains supporting information. However, a quick takeaway is:
I anticipate the median home sales price will remain fairly stable through July, followed by a gradual decline through December or January 2025. Given the mounting inventory levels, sellers would be wise to price their homes realistically to remain competitive as the competition for buyers intensifies in July.
