The top two charts are for detached homes, and the bottom two are for condos. As you can see, with the lack of inventory and increased buyer demand, it is firmly a seller's market. The median price of San Diego homes has increased 6.2% in the last 12 months, and the median price of condos is up 4.8% over the past 12 months. Find Out What Your Home is Worth Today

Meidan's sold price for homes is $1,137,500, and for condos, it's $ 637,500. There is less than one month of inventory for homes and 1.42 months for condos.
