First, you should ask yourself these two questions to see if now might be the best time for you.
#1. Will you be selling within the next year or two? If so, sell now. There is likely more downside risk than upward potential. We are close to peak prices of May 2022. It might go down more before prices go back up. If you're planning for 5+ years to move, it doesn't make sense to sell now.

#2. Are there homes available where you're going and affordable mortgage rates? Research your options and have a plan before putting your home on the market.
