HERE’S AN EXAMPLE OF HOW OUR VIP HOME FINDER SERVICE GETS YOU OFF-MARKET HOMES.
 
There are 467 homes in the subdivision and the surrounding area. We will pull the homeowners' records that are (likely to sell), then send out the notes to the owners if you want us to. In addition, we market online - (google and FB). We email, call, and text.
 
Then when we get an interested seller, you get the first right to buy it, before we expose it to the open market.

We pay for all the research, the records, mailing, calling, etc. But, then, if this sounds good, all we ask you to agree to buy with us is if we can find a property for you. (VIPHOMEFINDER- Attached).
