Want to make an hourly income to supplement your real estate commissions?

If you love the real estate business but are not making enough in these COVID times, then consider working with me as a showing specialist.

Be a showing specialist on my team $20/hr.

Duties include:
  1. Send buyers new listings by email, text, preview, facetime the clients.
  2. Schedule showing appointments, fill out the PEAD.
  3. Show buyers homes, give feedback, and answer questions.  
     
  • Must know how to: text properties, write offers, complete DocuSign, mls searching, completing PEAD, go on inspections, appraisals, deliver flyers, whatever is needed.
     
  • Must be professional, energetic, enthusiastic, a good attitude, a can-do attitude, figure things out yourself, work on a flexible schedule. (Be on the client’s schedule.)
     
  • You join our brokerage – ProWest Properties. No office fees/no costs. You can sell properties to your own clients and make your own commissions.
$20/hour (Part-time)

*You must have and pay for a real estate license, MLS membership, MLS-sentry-key, and a car.
