Where to price your home
Let's say the home sales range from $690K to $750K-$770K. Where should you price yours? 

Is it a fixed $690K, is it need some updating $700K-$725K, is it remodeled, staged and beautiful? then $750K-$770K. (The top of the market is beautifully staged, remodeled, updated, and usually something extra, a pool, a large lot, view). 

If your house is beautifully remodeled but is on a busy street, on a small lot, or has power wires it will detract from that top market price. The opposite is true, if your house is perfect it will likely sell at the top of the market. $750K-$770K.
