Horton Plaza, the downtown San Diego shopping center is closing down for Flex office space. There is only Jimbos, the gym and Macy's left. Movies are gone, foodcourt, Nordstrom. They are looking for it to bring 4000-5000 more jobs for downtown. We have a segment coming soon on the TV show the American Dream where we talk about Downtown San Diego, what is going on there. Horton Plaza, the Palladium, office space offered at the end of Broadway, Seaport Village expanded & improved, and UCSD opening a downtown/East Village presence. The building is up, and the crane is there.

Call me today to discuss how it will affect real estate and why right now is an opportunity to buy in downtown before these items are finished. GEORGE LORIMER 619-846-1244.
Savina finished in June of 2019. Bosa Development highrise in Columbia (downtown San Diego neighborhood, right by little Itlay). There are none on the books, but if you start a highrise today, you are three years from completion. So there are a number of choices in downtown right now and maybe an opportunity and call me to discuss the risk.
