A minimum of 2-4 showings the first week. Open house visitors don't count. Qualified buyers are from our sales team or our City-wide network of agents. Then after you should get 1-2 showings per week. Once you are at 3-4 weeks there should be 10 showings. If you don't have 10 showings or you have 10 showings and no offers in the first 3-4 weeks something is off.
